The AMPC Innovation Showcase 2025 will be held at the Brisbane Convention Centre on Wednesday 10, and Thursday 11 September 2025.
The event is about equipping Australian red meat processors with the latest research and development to continue to deliver world-class products.
The program is thought-provoking and future-focused and addresses what processors can do right now to optimise their businesses.
Attendees will get to immerse themselves in the broad range of research, development and marketing activities being undertaken by AMPC. While the technology, innovation, and research projects on display in the exhibition area will support processors to innovate and work towards a more sustainable and profitable red meat processing industry.
Upon submission of your registration, you will receive an automated confirmation email, which will include a tax invoice with payment details. Please check your confirmation to ensure you are booked for everything you wish to attend. Please note that to take advantage of the early bird rate, registrations must be PAID IN FULL by Friday 1 August 2025.
All registration information should be typed in upper and lower case (i.e John Citizen).
Please note that if you want to register and manage a group of two or more delegates, you can also use the group registration portal.

Cancellation policy
Should you elect to cancel your registration, a full refund less a $120 cancellation fee per registration will be made on any cancellations received by Wednesday 27 August 2025. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after Friday 15 August, although substitutions of delegates will be accepted. All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference manager at bradley@ccem.com.au.
